If you are looking to enjoy a yummy burger while waxing nostalgic about the good old days and how great things used to be, this is the place to go. Mark’s In and Out has been serving burgers in Livingston, MT since 1954. The place is such a throw back, they even have carhop service on roller skates Friday nights. It’s a takeout joint and most of the staff are teens (good for them in this economy) with a great attitude. Mark’s serves burgers that are on the smallish side but delicious, as well as fries, onion rings, malts and shakes. It’s great on a hot summer night when cooking is out of the question and you don’t feel like hitting a restaurant. The people watching is excellent.
